  2. @Michael  But then that means that when she rented it, he KNEW that he hadn't rented it again, and it was her's. PLUS, if he was going to rent it again (because of some "discount"), why didn't he ACTUALLY rent it and use it. Why did he only rent it for like 5 min after that, and then park it and not ACTUALLY use it again??? Seems he was ACTUALLY trying to cover his a$$!
