  3. It's so crazy that she's trying to use her niece as a scapegoat. I know from person experience, ACTUALLY living in my home, and NOT being able to get 3.75% at the time, because my mother co-signed and it was NOT her primary residence, so the rate I ended up getting was 4.25. Still good, but it would've been better, if both parties resided in my home.
