  6.  @GM-jv9jz  Usually it's just a scare tactic. I've seen judges do this and then the person ends up only serving a few days. It's time that judges start following through, similar to what this judge did.

  7.  @mite3133  I completely understand what you think, when you haven't been through it. It's very different though, when it happens. Some will fight, and others will freeze out of extreme terror. That's why they call it fight, flight or freeze... It's like their body doesn't let them do anything. Also, I think her "awkwardness," Is because she likely does feel like she should've done something, or wished she could have (GUILT). Unfortunately, we all react differently... that's all.

Thank you for at least asking me, instead of acting like the other people in this thread. I actually ended up getting my CPL, as well as purchasing some different firearms. I would share the details of what happened with you, but unfortunately that's not going to make anything better... People obviously have their minds made up here.
