  6. ​@VariaBug Given the fact she admitted to it and was caught, I highly doubt she will EVER get any custody of this little baby. She tried to kill her baby. She will be going to prison, and I guarantee part of her sentencing will be a protection order against her from seeing the child. I don't know of a single case with attempted first degree murder, where a parent was able to regain custody. Which is a good thing. Heck, even parents who were found guilty of horrible abuse lose custody.

  28. Agreed! We have to stop people from getting away with crap like this AND lying about DV & SA. People need jail time at the very least, and people who lie about DV and SA should honestly get prison time!
