  1.  @sadisticrage2090  Don't forget at CHAZ, #1. They don't want a border wall, but what do they build right away??? DING! DING! DING! A wall... #2. They think Capitalism is bad, but charge white people $10 to enter, and also charge the businesses within Chaz, to be open, and "protected". #3. Many have preached about getting rid of ALL guns, but yet they have armed guys standing at the entrances. #4. They claim to not be the party that divides, but... They aren't exactly bringing people together in there. *Sigh.... It's just DISGUSTING. My twin recently sold their home, not too for from Capital Hill, and I'm so glad. I can't imagine what it would be like being close to that mess. I'm so glad I live in a small town again. I just have to deal with my Sweetie being a Police Officer, which is DEFINITELY enough that but. And for over 25 years- and NO! he's never shot anybody. Now he's seriously thinking about getting out, which is really sad, because he's an amazing officer. He's one of those ones where the kids run up and the adults wave and say hi. Heck, he actually goes grocery shopping in the neighboring city sometimes, because it takes too long to go locally, because everybody wants to stop and talk. Haha! He just really hates all the negative talk now, and feeling like he's judged by all and hated by many. 😩

  2.  @alswearengen6427  Have you looked at the income differences between the states you're comparing? That's why those states get more help. NY and CA have MUCH higher incomes. Even if you just check the population of both and the minimum wage/median wage of both, you can see why that happens. When the minimum wage is like $15 one place and $6/$3 that's why there's such a huge difference. Because of that you AREN'T going to get the tax money.

My brother lives in CA and when he filed his taxes, he was due a return and instead of getting one that year, he was sent a letter telling him that his "return," would come off of his taxes the following year (obviously not in those exact words). They basically gave him an I.O.U. I was shocked. He sent me a copy of the letter, because I didn't believe that could happen. After that, he never claimed, to get a return. Growing up, my parents always taught us to file our taxes a certain way, so we wouldn't have to pay much money. Well... That year was the first year with his baby daughter and his wife wasn't working after having her, so the return was higher than normal. So RIDICULOUS!!!!

  5.  @SteamvilleQuintet  Yeah, it's pretty crazy. This was years ago though. I don't know if it's still happening or not. I haven't asked him about it, for years.
