She did actually imply he was racist, and if you didn't listen to the MSM, and places one Snopes/Politifact/etc., You'd know that in the debates this happened: Her best moment came during the first debate when she savaged Biden, repeatedly implying that he was a racist, in starkly personal terms. She said it was '"hurtful to hear you talk about the reputations of two United States senators who built their reputations and careers on segregation of race in this county.” She attacked him for opposing forced bussing. So whether she said "YOU'RE A RACIST," or just implied it, she CLEARLY explained what she was saying about Biden's RACIST ideas...
