@x...CrankyOldMan...x Here's what's funny about your statement... The states person (not the president), has not only had mutiple years to help fix Baltimore, but also millions of dollars. There's a huge reason things are being investigated with the millions of dollars and people who haven't done ANYTHING. It's Really easy for everybody to blame the president. But there's a HUGE reason we have congressman, Mayors, etc., of different cities/states. The president can't do EVERYTHING. The other people should've been doing stuff for years!
