@Right-Is-Right That's what I originally thought as well, but ths tough thing nowadays, is that if you taser somebody without going through all the steps and give ample time for them to surrender (the biggest part), you risk a lawsuit. It's stupid, because I feel that they should've tased him a few times earlier and they likely wouldn't have had to shoot him, but when I showed this to my Ex (who's a Sgt and has been in LE for 29yrs), he said it's not that simple now with all the crap going on with LE.
