@krusher74 Technically he gets his hands up, right before he's shot, but most people SHOULD realize that officers don't have the luxury of slow motion... They have to make split second decisions. HOPEFULLY this guy won't ever do this again (since he lived).

@benjacques26 Unfortunately, things don't happen in slow motion... Sure would be nice if it did though. Dude never should've reached into his coat.

@brick69lol Just FYI, you don't have to pull out a weapon, in order to get shot. Simply reaching like an idiot can get you shot. Yes he had his hands a second before he was shot, but officers don't work in slow motion. They have to make split second decisions...

@doomerbained If you read a little further, you'd see that he spent 2 weeks in the hospital, before "being booked into jail."

@Bat_Boy Really? Of course I know that humans do stupid things. I witness it EVERYDAY... Unfortunately, if you do something stupid with the police, AND YOUR GUN, there's a very high probability that you will likely die.
