@tag1out Just because there's a pulse, DOESN'T mean you don't do CPR. Their breathing is EXTREMELY important. In this case it was obvious that he was dying, because the lack of breaths and sound. When this happens, CPR should be started IMMEDIATELY!

@tag1out Agreed! She was supposed to do CPR on this situation. You have to keep the blood flowing to try to save the brain. This happens as well when someone overdoses and their pulse is extremely low and they aren't breathing often enough.
