  1.  @jackDevy  You folks and thinking shooting in the leg is a good idea! So Ridiculous! That's not how things work when somebody has a weapon. You shoot to neutralize the situation. There are people who are either high or mentally messed up and shooting them once DOESN'T stop them. Go and educate yourself.
