Yeah, it's not easy. My Sweetie has been an officer for almost 30 years, and things lately have gotten really bad. He planned on retiring out, but that most likely won't happen. To be on the safe side, he's finishing up his Bachelor's, while working full-time as the Lead Sergeant. He almost had to shoot somebody a few days ago, which would've been the first time in all of his career, and it REALLY sucked. It's a shame that things are getting so out of hand right now... Many of the great officers are going to end up quitting.
