  1.  @tommyholsworth6748  Actually, I hate to break it to ya, but she DIDN'T miss with all those initial shots. The guy was on such an adrenaline rush from either drugs or mental issues, that the shots didn't phase him like the latter ones. This is VERY common. Hence the reason officers are told to NOT shoot once, but shoot until the threat is neutralized.

  2. And this is a prime EXAMPLE of why officers shoot more than once and why TASERS don't work against knifes!!
