@GardenGuy1943 No, he wasn't! He was trying to get to work quick, and clock in, but using his lights ILLEGALLY! You CANNOT do that as an officer if you're not going to a scene.

@codyfox3438 EXACTLY! He TRIED to cover himself and failed miserably. Thankfully he was relieved of his position, arrested, charged and is pending now. Out on a $9k bond
