@Rip Murdock The fact you're placing so much blame on the driver and not the pedestrian is just crazy! IF there was any blame for the driver, it was miniscule. The pedestrian would still be alive, and the driver would not be mentally scarred for life (likely with PTSD) if the driver had just done what the officer asked. A ticket & a tow is much cheaper than your life!

@Rip Murdock How do you know the officer is 6'1"? Where did you find that info? Would like to confirm. Also, how do you know that the barrier is 3 ft and not 32 inches like most barriers. I only know this because my ex used to do concrete work, and most concrete barriers are actually 32 inches tall on roadways.

@Rip Murdock At the end of the day, trying to place blame on the driver is wrong. It was 2am, and that guy was to blame, NOT the driver. He chose to play in traffic. Should've done what the officer asked. EVERYBODY would've gone home safe, and alive!
