  1. Sorry for my Language Tatum, but this "Attorney" was a freaking schmuck! Plus, on the neighbors video, that shows him going into the house, it shows also shows a neighbor in the top left hand corner on a call phone (if anybody slows it down and zooms in, you can tell). I would almost bet money, that THAT'S the guy who contacted the McMichael's (and maybe even the police as well) and told them what was going on. Plus, there's no way that a home under construction isn't going to be covered by a statute. Also, do we know for sure, if he tried to run away...? That's just what people are saying.   2.  @kbh4bratz  Agreed! This guy is speculating soooo much with what he's saying... "Pointing the gun at A.A." ??? Huh?? He's speculating. If somebody comes at you and starts beating on you, grabs your gun, etc.
