  1. I'm so glad I grew up in the car business with great parents, all brothers, and playing sports year-round. Guess it made me a very different woman... Old-fashioned, loves cars & sports, and doesn't freak out about certain jokes or compliments. If you don't like something, just say something. If you want to be treated as equals, you need to act accordingly. I'm not talking about_actual_ sexual harassment or even abuse/assault. I'm talking about joking around with employees and/or bosses and then claiming "poor me." I can't stand it when women do that, especially when they are doing it, to either try to get attention or financial gains!
