One of my HS classmates crashed like this, and lived. His arm and leg will be forever mangled. He decided to drive recklessly around his block from his house and wasn't paying attention and went through the passenger front window and landed on the driver... Thankfully he had his helmet on, but he didn't have any protective gear on his body, so his calf was basically ripped from his leg and one ends of his bicep was detached. Thankfully he didn't have to have anything amputated, but one leg doesn't have much of a calf muscle anymore and his bicep has a huge crease in it now from where it was ripped and put back together. I'll never understand how motorcycle drivers can be so careless and wreck-less... 😢
