Go over to Tatum's channel and he answers your questions about him being there. The female calling 911, him stealing her keys, his PRIOR:
DV, strangulation, battery, suffocation, brandishing a firearm in public, resisting arrest resulting in serious injury (prior), and more.
Plus, he had open warrants, which explains why he wasn't going down without a fight.

I'm sure it was both scary and shocking at the same time. I can't imagine. To worst thing, physically that I've gone through, was having a blood clot 4 inches away from my heart, 6 inches away from my brain, in my right subclavian vein, when I was 17. I spent almost 2 weeks in children's hospital, while they figured out what to do. Crazy thing was, I had just ran in a track meet the day before being admitted. I just thought I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder or something, because my right arm was really swollen (bicep was 17 inches around not flexing) and purple from right below the shoulder, down.
It's times like that, that you really appreciate your family (my mother actually stayed with me every moment, sleeping in a small chair thing). Her Father even passed away when all of this was happening, at another hospital close by, but since he was dying from cancer, and a bad staph infection, she couldn't go see him and then come back (because they are so contagious), so she chose to stay with me. I didn't know what had happened, until the day before I was to go home. I felt sooo incredibly guilty. Even now, as an adult, after losing my own Father. But... I do understand more, since having my little girl, 7 years ago.

Things are legit CRAZY right now. I'm so thankful to be in a smaller town. I used to live in Seattle for a while, so I'm glad I decided to move. My twin is still there. Fortunately he sold his house on Capital Hill, a few months before everything happened and bought a different one on Lake Washington. People have just lost or forgotten, or weren't ever taught about Respect.
My Father was huge on "The Golden Rule," and so he and my Mother were always talking about that growing up. Unfortunately he passed away, when I was only 20, from a sudden massive heart attack.
When you go through something traumatic, it really changes things.
Not only that, but my Mother (who's 74), was diagnosed with early onset Dimentia a month and a half ago, so that's REALLY sucked. It just seems like when it rains, it pours. Can I ask what happened to you? If you don't want to share that's fine.
