IT'S FREE FOR EVERYONE. It literally depends on where you're at. ALL State health labs have them, what people need to do, is push their local clinics/doctor's, to actually order the test kits. The Government ISN'T in charge of sending the tests kits out... It's the CDC and they only send out a certain amount. That's where the private sectors come in, and clinics actually need to order them. This has been talked about mutiple times. The MSM just isn't going to talk about this, because they DON'T want people to know exactly what's going on. It's ridiculous how news Networks work nowadays.
