It's very easy to file paperwork for a paternity, aaaaaand, usually in a situation like this where a child is placed with the paternal grandparent, they will do a paternity test unless he signed and was on the birth certificate to begin with. Not sure if she ever says he was or not, but either way, she could file for a test if he wasn't. She seems to have some serious mental health concerns.
