Think whatever you want, I never said that "Personality Disorders" were Evil. Sociopaths and Psychopaths are two of the worst people. I know A LOT about this, because I was abused by one for years. So think whatever you want.
Neither have to do with Religion!
They are two disorders that are uncurable and virtually untreatable!
Putting them into the same category with BPD, NPD, MPD, PTSD, PS, Depression, Anxiety, etc., are EXTREMELY different.

@pamelamorris3148
The Prosecution can actually ask for another evaluation given the circumstances. Since only one has been done (and by only one Psychologist), they can ask for another one, especially given the circumstances. It's not as uncommon as people think, to have a Psychopath/Sociopath actually fool a Psychologist. And it's in the cases of these extreme Psychopaths & Sociopaths (obviously not the terminology now used for a Diagnosis, but I'm using it for the regular person who's familiar with that verbiage), where more than one evaluation is not only warranted, but VERY necessary.
In some cases, they will even use a special polygraph system/device (not like the regular ones at a police department), to monitor breathing, perspiration, Blood pressure, heart rate, etc.
Unlike a regular polygraph system where it is hooked to just the chest and hand/fingers (and maybe a floor panel for your feet), this one has extra "parts" (devices), that will also keep track of breathing & perspiration (a device placed right by the nostrils).
They will go through the regular evaluation which usually takes place over a 2-3 day period of time. Usually ranging from 8-12 hours a day, so they can get a could feel for the person's behaviors, mannerisms, etc.
Then they will use the machine after they've already asked multiple questions (the same ones multiple times), to see how the body actually responds.
Since many Narcissists, Sociopaths & Psychopaths are very good at lying (even with a regular polygraph machine), this other machine helps to show more of how the body is reacting internally (something that is possible to control, but easier to detect with a machine, versus the "naked eye").
It's not common to do this with most people, but if somebody is likely a Sociopath or Psychopath, it's more common to do an evaluation like this, since they are so manipulative.
Unfortunately, I know all too well shit this, because of my daughter's father (somebody I still have a DVPO against, nearly 7 years later).
The Psychologist needs to be able to actually see what's going on more internally and how their body is responding, since some of those reactions can't be necessarily witnessed by just interviewing them.
It's possible that she may end up having a total of 3 evaluations, given the circumstances.
Usually, just like with a blood test where you end up with a "positive" finding, they will do another test to see what happens.
Ex:
First One: Negative
Second One: Positive
They will do a third test.
Now with that being said, if the Prosecution is able to get another evaluation done, and it comes back that she's still NOT competent, then they would likely stop there, but if it comes back that she's actually competent, the courts will likely do a third eval. (more or less a "tie-breaker"), to try to get the best read of things (findings).
Sorry for such a long comment...
Take care

@TheAppleSnapple
What do you mean go back?
This happened before he went back to FL.
Also, wasn't Gabby not seen or heard from around the same time? Aug 18th? Not to mention there's the girl (and her boyfriend), who actually picked up Brian hitchhiking and drove him a ways. Evidently he offered to pay them $200 to only go a short distance. Then he freaked out when he mentioned where he wanted to go, and they gave the full name of the place he wanted to go. He demanded to get out and find another ride.
Why??? That's weird!
It also really makes me wonder why he was hitchhiking, why he was willing to pay so much money (when they didn't have much money to stay in a hotel, when they had the interaction with the police). Where was Gabby at that time? He told the couple that she was "supposedly" back at some campsite working on her Instagram stuff. I don't know about you, but as a female, I wouldn't want to be camping in the middle of nowhere, by myself. Brian told the couple that picked him up, that he had been camping for days, but they noticed that he only had a small backpack, and wasn't dirty, nor did he smell like he'd been out in nature for days camping. He also told them that all he had was a tarp to sleep on. That's just very odd!
I can't help but wonder if this couple witnessed something between Brian and Gabby and they were shot, so they couldn't talk.
Supposedly the police say the disappearance of Gabby and these murders AREN'T related, but... why would Brian go back to FL alone in GABBY'S VAN??? They were supposed to go to Oregon after being where they were in MOAB, and then work on a farm in Oregon in October. The plan WASN'T to go back to FL then... Let alone without Gabby.
I can't help but feel that Brian knows something. He WOULDN'T be hiding out, if things were "okay."
If Gabby was okay, he would say where she is, who she's with, and why he came back to FL ALONE. It might be one thing, if it was his vehicle, but knowing that it's her van, makes things that much more strange.
Sorry for such a long comment.

That's who Narcissists and Sociopaths target...
If you look into people like that, they all have very similar "traits" .
My daughter's father was exactly like this. After speaking with my ex's ex-wife (who I now consider a very good friend, because we can relate, having gone through the exact same abuse), I found out that he did the same thing with her. He went after me, after my divorce, and he went after her, while she was in a bad relationship.
They like to be the "Night in Shining Armor," and things like that. It's creepy how manipulative they are.
They come in and build you up in such an amazing fashion, that when they start to break you down, they know you in such a deep way, that they know exactly how to get to you.
It's horrible what somebody like this can do to you, if you get stuck...
Thank God, I didn't end up with somebody like Chad. I only have a DVPO now, because of my ex. It could be worse, but thankfully it's not.

Right???
Most people would be freaking out... going, "oh my gosh!!! Oh my gosh!!!"
And when it comes to CPR, they'd be all, "I don't know how, can you help tell me how... PLEASE."
But Alex actually waited to make sure he was dead, before he called.
Not only that, did anybody find it odd that he didn't have any blood on him or his hands???
Chad was shot like 5-7 times. He didn't just shoot him in self defense, that's obvious. He shot him to kill him.
I'm also curious if they tested the bat for finger prints and DNA. I would bet Alex hit himself in the head. But who knows he could've put it in Charles' hand after to get his DNA on it.
And lastly, does anybody find it strange that Lori took Charles' RENTAL CAR??? I don't think many caught this, but her car was actually in the garage.
How did she get Charles' keys?
Did she ask him for the keys to put JJ's things into the vehicle? (And Alex, meanwhile was just having small talk with Charles?), and then Lori left in his vehicle, because this was "their plan," when she told him to come over the night before Charles was supposed to come and pick up JJ.
Or....
Did the kids actually witness this, or at least Tylee and that's why they had to kill her as well, because they didn't trust that she would keep her mouth shut.
The fact that Lori took Charles' vehicle, either way, is very odd.

@mimim7026
I have to say that I personally think that your comment is really cruel. I have friends who are in the LDS church and they are the kindest people. They work extremely hard and will have your back in a heartbeat.
The parents raise them to be respectful, kind, caring, compassionate people. One of my best friends growing up, was/is a member of the LDS church. Things aren't as different as many would think.
I wasn't ever in that church (I was raised Catholic), but since I grew up close to families who were, I could see what they were like, and most families are NOT like you're stereotyping them to be.
You need to remember that there are always going to be outliers with ANY group of people- religion, job, etc., That doesn't mean that MOST people in that group are like that.
Please try to remember that.

Agreed!
She's likely either a sociopath or psychopath.
She was running away for years from some kind of mental pain, trauma, etc., instead of trying to get help.
And the chance of not knowing right from wrong, is very very slight (and I don't believe even something like this was brought up in this situation).
She did this on purpose, and I would bet money that she was even the type of person who mentally enjoyed this. I think it was after doing it, that she realized how it would change her life, and this is why she's TRIED to put on the show of being an actual caring human being...
A lot of psychotic/Sociopathic people will do these things AND don't think about them during and many don't care afterwards either. I think that's her. Also, therapy and help for these two types of people, is also very VERY unlikely (unfortunately). There are some studies (actually done in prison), that will show that a psychopath can be kind of treated with an almost like risk/reward type of thing, but again... That's very very unlikely.
These people are extremely dangerous, because they don't have an actual conscience, aren't capable of truly loving someone, etc.

@largeautomobile
I wonder if the Police might be saying that, since they can't find Brian. I've been going through this in my head a lot and nothing makes sense. If Brian didn't do anything, why isn't he talking to Police? Why did he run? Why did he go back to FL in GABBY'S VAN, without Gabby? Retaining an attorney does make him look guilty, but...I can actually get past that, if there was an accident, and he just wants to make sure he doesn't say something he shouldn't. It's the running for me though, and the going into hiding, that's making me think he knows what happened.
It would ACTUALLY make sense for the P.D. to say they weren't connected, in hopes that Brian would come out of hiding, and talk with them.
If he DID do something to all 3 of them, and he heard the PD say that they didn't think the cases were connected, it would make him more likely to talk.
Just a thought...

@EmApostol
I agree!
A lot of things connect for sure.
I know that the Police have said that they "don't think" things are related, but I can't help but think they are. It's way too ironic that B & G have an altercation, then nobody hears from Gabby again (her Mother thinks that even the text she received WASN'T from Gabby). Then this couple is found dead and Brian ends up back in FL in Gabby's van, WITHOUT GABBY!
Him running now, makes things even more strange. If nothing happened, why is he running? Why did he retain attorneys? Why isn't he talking with Police and telling them where Gabby is? Or where he saw her last & why she isn't with him?
Why did he hitchhike with that couple and offer to pay them $200 when they supposedly didn't have much money for a hotel room, when they were stopped by police?
Not to mention, who leaves their girlfriend out in the middle of nowhere camping by themselves, to go and camp alone as well? The couple who picked him up, said that he said he'd been camping for a few days by himself, and that Gabby was back at the campsite "supposedly" working on her Instagram.
I'm not sure about you, but I sure as Hell wouldn't want to camp by myself "IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE." It wasn't like they were at an actual campground. Screw that!
Plus, I'm not sure if you saw the bodycam footage from when they were stopped, but it was obvious that her fear was to be left... That was the whole reason for the altercation that day. She was terrified that he would leave without her. She admitted that. Almost like he'd either done that before, or had threatened to.
Sorry for such a long comment, but I personally think that he did something to Gabby and these people maybe witnessed it.
To try to cover himself, he killed them, and staged it to look like a rape (hence why he told the other couple he was "camping by himself").
He likely hid the van somewhere afterwards, then hid out for a while (when the couple ended up picking him up) and then hitchhiked closer to get the van, to drive back to FL.
I know that sounds like an awful lot, but nothing truly makes sense with either of these cases. The fact Brian is hiding out, really makes him look guilty.
I know it's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, but this guy is really doing a great job of making himself look guilty AF!

@OhHell_TooTheNo Gee
I'm sure she knew 911, but according to the evidence so far, she went there on purpose to kill him. She took an Uber, and a gun, went there, shot him, lit his house on fire, stole his car and left...
Then made the video about things and posted it on Facebook.
At least if she had called the police right afterwards, she could've claimed self defense, much easier...
Now she has to claim that he made her so upset in the past, that she went temporarily insane.
Not impossible, but more difficult with the way she did things.

I, too, wondered if anything was found in Alex's body and that maybe they didn't think to check for a specific drug, because it showed he had a lung issues (a clot or thing).
And with Tammy, it's strange they haven't released any information about her autopsy. They shared Alex's right away (which.. Honestly, I still find VERY hard to believe, because his death happened at a rather strange time), but they haven't mentioned anything about Tammy.
You would think they would say they didn't find anything, IF they actually DIDN'T find anything.
The fact they aren't saying ANYTHING, kind of makes me think they DID find something.
Who knows, maybe if they find something in JJ's body and it isn't something found in a routine autopsy panel, they will go back and check Alex for that specific drug as well...
I think that would be VERY important to check.
Who knows, Tammy, Alex and the kids could've all been drugged/poisoned with the same drug, and it might be something that's very hard to find.
I know there's a drug that causes heart failure/heart attacks, and it's very hard to detect. There's a video on a nurse who was using it on babies and toddlers, and killing them many years ago.
It could've been something like that.

@joans6047
Thank you.
I still have a DVPO (which the judge recently renewed for 5 years, versus to yesterday 1 year that they do here), but in addition to that I also got an 8 camera surveillance system, a separate ADT surveillance System, my CWP, and a S&W 9MM. I'm not going to rely on a piece of paper to protect us, that's for sure.
I had to devise a plan, but at least we got out on Dec. 10, 2014, and he was ordered to have to leave the home I own, which was good.

@evangeline77x
PS- I'm clearly not saying she has "super powers." I just now first-hand, how somebody can actually "trick" a psych eval, the first time around, especially depending on the person's experience. I've experienced it first-hand. The first time this person had an eval done, the Doctor was board certified, 34 years experience, did an assessment over a 24hr period of time, and came back that they were "just a Narcissist."
The second and third both came back with the fact that he was actually extremely skill-full with manipulation, and was actually a true Psychopath, but in medical terms, had Antisocial Personality Disorder.
Because of how extreme this person was, I now have not only a lifetime DVPO against the person, but I also got my Concealed Carry Permit as well, because I'm not going to depend on a piece of paper.

@RuminatingRaptor
Did I say it made me a therapist?
Nope!
Did I say that ALL personality disorders were "EVIL."
NOPE!!!
I spoke of TWO, that I've learned a lot about, not just from personal experiences, but also from Therapists (my daughter's), Psychiatrists & Psychologists, and also lots and lots of studying, because I spent over 3 years in court fighting against one guy, which included 5 volumes of documents (a volume equals 3 inches of paperwork), and 9 days in Superior Court for a custody Trial.
You need to actually look at what you're reading and not make assumptions about things. And if you have questions, ask them, don't assume things. That only shows extreme ignorance on your part.

@kathall6422
Can I ask where you saw that the Police had said that? Was it in an article? Or on a video on YouTube? Or in the comments?
I heard today, that the PD said they weren't connected, but... I have the same thoughts that you mentioned, that maybe the couple witnessed something they shouldn't have, and they were taken out, so they couldn't talk.
It really makes a lot of sense... unfortunately.
It also explains why Brian did a lot of other strange things, and ended up alone in FL on Sept 1st.
Especially when you add in the couple that picked up Brian hitchhiking. Why would he be hitchhiking? He also supposedly offered them $200 to take him to a particular place, but during the drive, when the female mentioned the full name of the place he wanted to go to (because she was familiar with it), he freaked out and said to let him out immediately and that he would find another ride. Why would he freakout about that? Maybe because he was hoping it wasn't a local or somebody who knew the area, and wouldn't remember later, if they happened to see him on the news? He also told the couple that picked him up, that he'd been camping for days with only a backpack and a tarp to sleep on, and that Gabby was supposedlyback at their campsite working on Instagram stuff, or something like that. They said he didn't look like he'd been in the woods for that long and that he didn't have enough gear either.
So... what if he had actually showered and cleaned up, after he did whatever he did?
I actually wonder if he killed that couple and then drove their van to a different location, try to steer people/PD away from their bodies. Then he hitchhiked back to wherever Gabby's van was parked, or within hiking distance. It's way too weird that he decided to hitchhike and offer to pay them $200 (when they supposedly DIDN'T have much money and couldn't afford a hotel room, when the PD pulled them over and separated them for a night).
I totally agree that it's innocent until proven guilty, but... this guy is doing a great job, making himself look EXTREMELY guilty.
Also, I wonder if he had other plans for that couple that picked him up, and that maybe he saw the female's text, when she texted her Mother that they'd picked up a hitchhiker. She talked about that, in one of her tiktok videos. It's very possible that since he was sitting in the backseat, that he saw the text, and also her mother's response, which was something like "Are you trying to get murdered." Or maybe she laughed about it in the car and he was like "NOPE"... I'm outta here.

No worries! I completely understand.
I get it all the time, because I'm a Conservative. People think I'm racist, xenophobic, homophonic, etc.
It's so disgusting... I don't care what someone's color, sex, Religion, political beliefs, sexual orientation, etc. is. Just don't be a Dick, and we'll get along just fine!
And if you mess with me, don't expect me to just take it sitting down. My parents taught me when I was young, to stand up for myself, and my brothers taught me how to fight back physically... Hahaha! Or maybe I taught them!
😂😂😂😂😂
My parents were really big on the Golden Rule... It's a very easy concept. To bad sooo many people nowadays, don't even know what it is.
When I bring it up I get, "there's no such thing as a Golden Rule."
Seriously???
😂😂😂😂😂
Take Care!

I honestly think that it really DOESN'T matter if people know the laws. If you think something is off, you contact the authorities.
What makes this case strange, is how he/she spoke about "thinking it was 72 hours," and so that's why they waited.
I'm sorry, but if I know somebody or two people, who haven't come home (and they have a pet(s) stop at home on top of it), I'm not going to wait. People are going to understand that you were being concerned, if it turns out to be nothing in the end. And if they want to be complete Jack's because you were caring, oh well... You don't need people like that in your life.
What would be very curious to know, is if this person contacted anybody else. Supposedly they say they waited, because they "thought" it was 72 hours. Okay, well, if that's the case, did they talk to mutual friends, their own friends, etc. Their-meaning the roommate's, not the two missing people. If I were a roommate, even if I were a stranger, and something like this happened and I couldn't reach them, you'd think they would say something to their own personal friends or family members... like, "My roommates haven't been home for a couple days, it's kind of weird, their pet is still here."
So, it's not whether they knew or not what the actual time to contact the authorities was. If you are concerned about something and something doesn't seem right, YOU JUST CALL, no matter what. Wait for the authorities to tell you if you're in the wrong.
Maybe I'm just the cautious, cares more about people type of person, but I've spoken to many people regarding this case (even my Sweetie who's been in Law Enforcement for over 25 years), and everybody seems to think the same thing.
Can I ask you what you would do in this type of a situation?
I'm personally not of the "normal" college age (I graduated from college almost 20 years ago), and haven't had a roommate for years, so maybe my thought process is different. I'm curious your thoughts.

Also, why did Lori take Charles' rental car???
Nobody talks about that part. Her vehicle was in the garage, and HIS RENTAL CAR WAS IN THE DRIVEWAY. Listen to when Alex talks about that part in police recordings. That's really odd. Why didn't the police ask more questions about that? Why didn't they ask Lori why she took his vehicle? That seems kind of like a question I would be asking when this couple was supposedly estranged and getting a divorce. I mean, it's not like they were living together and it would be normal for her to take the rental car.
And if this WASN'T staged by Lori and Alex, she could've called 911 if things were THAT bad, beforehand... Or even when she chose to leave.
But, the truth of the matter, is that she knew he wasn't going to be leaving, so that's why she just took his vehicle.
I mean, how did she even get his keys? Were the kids there when this happened? Did Lori tell Charles, "Hey give me your keys and I'll go put JJ's things in the vehicle, while you chat with Alex."
I bet Alex was having small talk with Charles, as part of their plan, and then Lori got the keys and took off and Alex killed Charles before he even knew what was happening.
This was so calculated it's crazy!!!

@thresagraham8181
I think she likely DID think that afterwards and that's why I said she went through a second "fight or flight," panicked and buried him, because she didn't think people would believe her. I know after going through severe abuse, that because you DON'T tell people what's going on (because you're EXTREMELY embarrassed,) so when you need help, want out, etc., it's very difficult to finally tell people what was ACTUALLY going on. Not to mention when you do finally get out, and your ex is EXTREMELY Narcissistic and likely a Sociopath as well (according to my daughter's therapist), they are VERY good at acting like they are the BEST person, friend, father, employer, etc., and acting like it was either made up, or the victim is actually the Perp (all things my ex did, plus more).
I never could've imagined what I had to go through in court, with custody. Thank God I didn't marry him, or put him on my house, or anything financially, but it was pure Hell... In fact, we ended up in Superior Court (above family court), having a trial for 8 days, and having a judge make the decisions. Picture having your ABUSIVE Ex representing himself, so when you're on the stand, your ABUSIVE Ex is the one questioning you... It was horrible!
So... in the end, I really think that she panicked after it happened, and then went through a second "fight or flight," thinking...
"Oh my God!!!"
"Nobody's going to believe me!!!" "What do I do???"
"I CAN'T CALL THE COPS"
"F******CK!!!!"
And then she did what she thought she had to do...
It's not easy for many people to understand, but I do believe that she feared for her life and Psychologically snapped.
The majority of people aren't good actresses, so that's why I don't think she was "faking" it on the stand. I've seen a lot of terrible "acting" on the news, with interviews of parents, boyfriends, spouses, etc., who ended up being the Perp's and I don't think this woman was the abuser, nor do I think she did this because she WASN'T terrified.
Was it OVERKILL ???
YES...
but, when somebody snaps after being abused for a long time, they literally have a psycholigical break and aren't thinking about things when they happen. They just Go and Go and Go, until their brain finally clicks and says... "It's over... You're safe... They AREN'T going to hurt you again."
I hope that helps a bit more.

Maybe that's what people say, but obviously not everybody actually does.
I, on the other hand, actually do.
I even have a DVPO, home surveillance system with 8 cameras, a seperate ADT home Monitoring system, my CWP and a S&W 9MM, because of this guy.
So, you can think whatever you want about me personally... I really don't care.
I know what I've personally been through (and my little girl), and what I'll continue to go through for the next 11+ years... It's not a joke, for me.

I understand what you're saying.
I've actually been through this personally and understand all too well, how things work. It's not very common for somebody to be able to "trick" a Psychologist, but it is possible.
I had to actually fight my ex in court, to have another evaluation done, because the first person said one thing, and I knew it wasn't correct. Sorry for a longer comment, so please be patient and bare with me. This person had lied about DV and given that I had a child with him, I had to fight to have an eval done. I knew that something wasn't right, and that he was just a master manipulator.
The first time it was done with him being able to choose (something I knew wouldn't end up well, because I watched him trick the court with his 3rd wife and knew he would just go to a different place if he didn't like the outcome).
I was finally able to choose a place, but had to pay for it, almost $4,000.
It was a very extensive evaluation, even covering sexual things as well.
Having gone through that, almost 5 years ago now, it pushed me to really educate myself with mental evaluations and how they work, especially with a court.
Yes, if a psychologist is doing their job, the patient SHOULDN'T be able to "fool" them, but unfortunately it definitely happens, even when the courts are involved, and they have years of experience.

And just so you know, the things I'm "shocked" about are, calling them KKK, klansman, hunting him down, etc., because NONE of that has been proven.
In fact, the picture that people thought was the Father, ISN'T. the Father doesn't have a forearm tattoo, like the guy at the KKK rally.
But I'm sure those things don't matter to you guys.
It doesn't fit the narrative you all so badly want to keep pushing with this.
So yeah, I'm shocked that a "NURSE" would use those kinds of words, when they do nothing, but add fuel to the fire in your this situation.
I'm VERY much against racism, and don't think there's ANY place for it, and think that we shouldn't be casting blame, until we have all the facts.
That's just NOT okay.
But I guess in this situation, these two guys are GUILTY until proven INNOCENT.
weird...

@lonely1104
Very true... many people end up being guilty in a court of law, because they were just there.
I'm sorry for what happened to you, and I'm sure you're much more cautious with who you hang out with, and even question if something seems off so you can try to leave sooner so you're not in another bad situation.
I don't know what happened with you, but I do know that there seems to be a lot of people charged with accessory, if/when it comes to a robbery or murder, if the person is with them. Yes, in a many cases, the person knew what was going to happen, but... in some cases they didn't. Because of that, they shouldn't automatically be charged, unless they can prove there was prior knowledge or they didn't say something after (which would be both very difficult to do to a "friend" and in some circumstances, scary as well. I'm sure some would worry about their own safety, if they report something.
I would hope that the law/court would try to see an actual connection and what somebody chose to do afterwards, but at both know that doesn't always happen. Example, if somebody was with somebody who committed a horrible crime; say a murder or armed robbery (and they were there and knew after the fact what had happened-even in just the car), although it would be hard to go to the law, I personally think that in that kind of a situation, you HAVE to, if there's going to be any chance for you not to get in trouble. Doing so would help more in the end, versus not doing so and being seen on a ring cam or traffic cam. Otherwise when they bring you in, you have to try to explain how you weren't involved, but didn't say anything or report a crime, and we all know how that goes.
Yes... it sucks to have to nark on a friend. But... you bet your ass I'm going to do it, if it means protecting myself and not going to jail for somebody else's crime and something I had no prior knowledge of.
(sorry for such a long comment)
Hope you have a great day!

@MusicWorldWonder
Hahaha! I've never been to "New Yawhk!"
But...I did grow up and work on the in the car business (my Grandfather started a new car dealership in 1941). I also grew up with all brothers: A twin brother and two older ones, so I wasn't your stereotypical girly girly (even now I'd rather be in jeans or yoga pants, than a dress... Haha! I started playing sports when I was 4 (co-ed soccer & t-ball), was a quad athlete in HS (soccer, fast pitch, track and basketball: I'm just under 6ft, so I can hold my own), and I played Fast pitch for a little bit in college, but then my Father died from a sudden massive heart attack one night, when I was only 20, so I quit playing and moved back home to be with my Mother for a while. My parents had been married for 33 years, and together for almost 40. They were HS sweethearts, so my Mother was really heart-broken when that happened. She still hasn't ever been on a date. My Father was the love of her life, and so she just couldn't ever bring herself to even date. And unfortunately, this past June, she was diagnosed with early onset of Dimentia (she's now in her 70's). My Grandmother, her Mom, and my Aunt, her older sister, also had/have Alzheimer's/Dimentia, so it's been very tough.
(Hence why I was so ticked at Captain Dipshit up above, when he made the heartless comment about Alzheimer's).
So... my "strong" demeanor likely comes from the way I was raised, and also what I've been through in life. It would be a lie, if I said it hadn't hardened me a bit...

The problem with what happened here though, is that it was one person who evaluated her, not multiple ones over a period of time like you say.
I feel that she needs to be evaluated like you say, at least twice, unless the second one says the same thing.
I've spoken with both a Psychologist and Psychiatrist, and also a psychiatric nurse practitioner about this, to get three different perspectives. They said it's definitely possible for somebody who's an extreme Narcissist and likely a Sociopath or Psychopath (but not the actual terminology they use now), to even fool a professional. And when it's done more than once and notes can actually be compared (because many times, answers will change when somebody is lying or "trying to fool somebody"), that's the best way to do things.
Just like with regular M.D.'s, it's important to get AT LEAST a second opinion, if not a third, depending on the circumstances.
In the documents, it talks about how the courts appointed one person to do an evaluation, but not multiple doctors.
I'm sure that the Prosecution will ask to do their own evaluation with a court appointed Psychologist as well, so that there isn't just one evaluation.

I agree with you.
It's so hard to say. It would be interesting to know if the roomie told her/his own friends about his/her roommates missing.
I think back to when I was younger and what I would've done.
#1. I think it's odd that they supposedly didn't know their last names. Do you think that's odd? If I'm going to rent to/from a stranger, I'm going to know their full name (and likely their birthdate as well- since things are crazy nowadays. I likely would do a background check if it's a straight up stranger, and not an acquaintance of a friend).
#2. Did the roommate talk to any of their own friends or family members about this? Usually of you're that concerned about someone, you're going to tell somebody- friends, family, co-workers, etc.
#3. Supposedly there was at least one pet. What kind of pet is this? Is it something that needs to go out or be fed regularly? Like a dog? Or is it something like a cat, that has a litter box (and maybe a self feeding food dish). Or is it something like a bird/guinea pig/etc., that doesn't need much for a few days.
There are so many questions.
You would think that they would've told somebody, unless (like you said), there's more to the story.

Agreed they should have...
The fact is, many states DON'T have the policy to wait 72 hours. In fact, more often than not, most don't even have an actual policy, because they've gotten in to trouble (sued) in the past, because of it. Michigan is a state that says they "may" wait up to 72, but they still want to know whenever you think somebody is missing. My Sweetie is a Sergeant for the local PD (and has been in L.E. for over 25 years), so I decided to ask him about this, and he said that a lot of people have mixed thoughts on this. He said that anytime someone is thought to be missing, no matter the time (within reason- unless it's a child, elderly, or someone who's handicapped, or there's a reason to believe foul play is involved), someone should call. The Department will talk with the person, take information and/or explain protocol. They'd much rather get a call earlier than not, because time really is it the essence.
Unfortunately with this case, their car was found, with two deceased, decaying bodies, that are more at the coroner's officer being identified.

They Always Take 10%, but usually people need to have some sort of assets in this kind of a case, that would help total closer to the actual amount (like a house, cars, etc., that they would put up titles or deeds for).
So the only amount of cash money that would actually need to be put up is $100,000, but many bondsman in her situation, would want equity in a home or something, because if she gets out and runs, then the bondsman could be out the entire million if she were to run.
If she wasn't such a flight risk and hadn't ran before and didn't have such a high chance of running, that might not be necessary, but given this case and all the "bits and pieces," they wouldn't just need $100k for a bail.

I originally thought the guy in the back might have as well, but after watching it, over 20 times, and even in slow-mo, I'm 99% sure he actually didn't, because on the last shot, 3:19 you can actually see the shell casing right next to the guys head, along with the smoke from the gun. I'm guessing when they were fighting for the gun, the son pulled the trigger, so that's why you can see the shell right by his head. If the guy in the truck fired, you wouldn't see it like that, because he only had a handgun, and it would've been even smaller to see.
Also, you can't say the guy filming is an accessory, because what we see here, is only part of what happened. Supposedly the guys in the truck had actually followed the guy running, because they saw him run by earlier and wanted to talk to him, so I'm guessing the guy filming, saw this and thought it was odd, and started filming, not knowing how serious things were going to get. I've watched 6 different videos on this now and so I'm getting a different picture of what may have happened.
But again, you've got
Shot #1 not seen
Shot #2 Off camera
Shot #3 3:19 you can see the smoke, and the the shell right by the victims head, thus proving it was the shotgun and not the handgun.

When you mentioned earlier in the comments that you didn't have trauma but had seen so much carnage, that's why I said that. In all reality, it is clear you do have trauma from it, if you're waking up feeling that way, and it's taking time for you to stabilize throughout the day.
Lastly, the only groups of people that I know who can become desensitized to something like death and gruesome crime scenes are medical personnel, first responders (officers, paramedics, firefighters, etc.) and people like that who see it more often and actual use desensitization as a way to cope with their jobs. However, even those types of individuals aren't fully immune to trauma. Probably the only types of people who are, are people like psychopaths. And with them, only the extreme ones who don't have normal thought processes or emotions would be more immune from trauma.

@terriewilliams8831
I have to agree that when I commented after her first comment, that was one thing because she wasn't targeting her entire race, but then her second comment bothered me.
Yes, I'm Caucasian, but... I have 11 African American family members that were adopted into different parts of my family, and my twin brother and his wife, adopted a little girl at birth, as well.
It's one thing, to discuss some of the issues within your race, just like it's okay to discuss issues within certain careers (because there are ALWAYS going to be bad apples in the bunch).
When she made her second comment about not wanting certain people in her family to date other African Americans as a whole, that made my heart hurt, because she's basically saying that ALL African American men are created "equally" and they ARE NOT.
Even I WOULDN'T ever say that, and the two men who raped me were African American.
To me, those were just two guys who did two horrible things. It DOESN'T mean that they are ALL bad people now.
What if somebody was saying the same thing about her, or something like that? I don't think she would like it, if the shoe were on the other foot.
I feel that we ALL need to try to do our parts to end racism, and for somebody, in HER SITUATION especially, to say those things... I just don't get it....
Some people seem so shocked when I say these things, but it's the truth. Maybe not enough "white" people say them? I don't know. I just know how I was raised, and what she said in her second comment, wasn't okay.

@Keturah-Renet
I really hope, eventhough you're an evil person, that you NEVER have to endure what I did.
It's REALLY easy for people who haven't ever gone through it, to say "just take it up with the courts," (eventhough it happened over 20 years ago) or "call the police," or whatever...
But when it happens to you, the only thing you want, is for it to just go away. You don't want to have to talk about it again and tell people EXACTLY what happened.
You feel ashamed and like it was your fault, even when it wasn't (I was actually drugged).
I don't even understand people like you. People who make it their mission to just TRY to be as DISGUSTING and VILE as possible to others.
But then again, this IS the internet, and it seems to give people like you, some sort of power that they wouldn't otherwise have if they were in public...

My whole thing, is if he wasn't doing something wrong, why did he run initially, when the neighbor yelled at him?
If you're truly not doing anything, just checking out a house, looking at electrical, etc., stop and talk and explain things.
DON'T RUN!
Running NEVER turns out good. Whether running on foot or running in a car. Hate me if you want, but this all could've been avoided if he just wouldn't have ran and said what he was doing.
If people want to change the narrative and not look guilty, they need to stop and talk. If he would've just stayed at that house, to begin with, he would still be alive.

@solsticesummer982
I have two friends that have PS and when they have episodes, they usually want to be alone. Usually they will put on headphones to try to drown out the voices and lay down.
But... the first time they both had a psychotic break, they ended up being arrested for violence, because it was so severe. In fact, I was on the phone with one of them and it was truly the scariest phone call of my life. And this was 20 years ago! He had told me that he had to set his girlfriend free, that he had spent the night in an abandoned house and was hiding up in the rafters with a "metal pokey thing," and so much more. I was in a different city, but had to call emergency services, because I thought he had done drugs or smoked some laced pot... unfortunately, it wasn't that simple.
He ended up being taken to the hospital, where he then ended up getting arrested later, then jail, then he ended up in a homeless shelter, and I won't share the rest after that. I will say though, that things finally got a lot better after he was medicated and he actually a teacher now (outside of the US, because he can't teach inside the US because of his criminal record during his first episode).
The other guy is now in a facility after having a major psychotic break that was induced by drugs...and it's truly sad. In fact, he let people move into the house he owns, and now his mother is STILL trying to get them evicted, because they aren't taking care of it, paying rent/the mortgage, etc.
I get that many don't believe her, but I do... she's the ONLY person I've ever thought was "insane" during a crime, and I've watched hundreds of trials over the past 24 years.
But you're entitled to your own opinion, I'm just trying to explain a little bit.
Take Care!

How can she say there's "false" information, but then go on to say she wants to wait to see the autopsy??? It seems more like she doesn't want to believe that her Father was involved in killing her Mother (which is understandable for any child).
She might think they are "false" stories, but until the autopsy comes out, she doesn't ACTUALLY know what's false and what's not, regarding the cause of death.
I mean... what's exactly false:
•The fact Chad was cheating on Tammy with Lori?
(NOT false, and we have proof)
•The fact that her "heart" was failing her?
(she was supposedly getting ready for a marathon, come on Chad!!!)
•The fact he was already planning to marry Lori?
(NOT false, Lori bought the rings before Tammy was even dead. And to make matters even more strange, she used Charles' Amazon account.)
•The fact that Chad was involved in at least the burying of Tylee and JJ?
_(NOT false... we've already seen the pings and text for both Chad & Alex)
I feel awful for Chad's children, but they need to open their eyes to the ACTUAL evidence, regarding her Father's affair, involvement with the death and disposal of Tylee and JJ, the likely death of Tammy, and also the likely murder/suicide of Alex as well...
Nobody wants to think their parent would do something like this, but when it "looks like Duck and quacks like a Duck, it's likely a Duck!"

@wajtopaz4073
Also, I still have a DVPO (which the judge recently renewed for 5 years, versus the usual 1), from what happened to me in my adulthood. And because I know that piece of paper won't protect me, I decided to get my Concealed Carry Permit, a 9MM, an 8 camera Surveillance System for my home and property, and a seperate ADT Home Monitoring System. Some think it's too much, but I don't care... I'm going to do EVERYTHING I can to protect myself and my little girl.
You obviously think that I don't have any experience in this and I'm just talking out my ass like many people do on YouTube (which is understanding), but unlike people who do that, I DO have personal experience from both childhood sexual Assault/rape, and both rape as an adult (when I was drugged with Rohypnol), and Domestic Violence. I personally didn't work through things, until many years later, when I was in my 30's, 38 weeks pregnant with my only child (a little girl). I know what it's like to try to "deal" with things, live in fear, and not get things taken care of legally.
IT SUCKS!
Being violated is the worst thing that somebody can go through. ESPECIALLY, when the person isn't EVER held accountable. That just makes things that much worse.

I'm very familiar with that case. It's EXTREMELY heartbreaking. No child (or adult for that matter), should ever have to go through rape/sexual Abuse.
And when the Perp is NOT in jail, it's TERRYFYING.
I personally believe that ALL rapists should be at least castrated, and unless it's something like statutory, where it's like a HS couple who are just a few years apart, that they should AT LEAST, be given life in prison, if not worse...
Might seem harsh to some, but I don't really care. When somebody is sexually assaulted and/or raped, the majority of people are still affected for life, even with therapy. Whether it's Psychologically, Physically, or whatever... It will still "pop-up" throughout your life.
