  2. I honestly think that Joan did it, and that she only meant to kill Cal. But when the neighbor showed up and the wife did, she couldn't leave any witnesses... Acquit this man and go get the REAL KILLER!

  3.  @victorimmature  Because she likely planned to only kill Cal so her lies wouldn't come out. Then when she went to kill him, the neighbor showed up and the wife, and they were just at the wrong place at the wrong time... You forget that Kit's P.I. already had testimony from Cal, and it WAS different... Joan was simply following through with her "promise" to ruin him.

  4.  @victorimmature  Except there was much more evidence to prove that OJ did it... Especially his book. Watching his interview, discussing his book also spoke volumes. Good thing there's o such thing as double jeopardy.

  18.  @barbaraseymour3437  PS- I don't know anything about the Brothel, like actual proof. But what I am curious about, is the recording of Cal's interview with Kit's private investigator/attorney. I honestly think that Cal was going to testify for the Defense (which court records actually show), and that Joan didn't want that to happen, because she wanted Kit to "get in trouble" for something serious, and when Cal started changing his story, she knew that if he testified, that Kit wouldn't get in trouble like she wanted. I don't think she planned to kill all 3 people. I think they were just at the wrong place at the wrong time.
