@rosybean You can't convict somebody by gut instinct. Do you realize how crazy you sound by saying that? You need actual proof! And PROOF beyond a reasonable doubt. So... I ask again, besides your "gut," what's your proof??? Take your feelings out of it, and just go with the facts...

What's the evidence? The dog tags on a string found months later? The video footage that proves he didn't leave his house? The breakdown of the bullet striations? The cell phone pings that prove he in fact WASN'T driving in the same direction of the decedent? The proof that he WASN'T actually walking his dog, but was rather with his attorney during that time? The threats the ex wife made? Him being found innocent of abusing her? What's your evidence?

Huh? Didn't want what ripped off? The dog tags? You don't wear your army tags 24/7 when you're home, you wear them when you're deployed in case something happens to you. Also, when you are wearing them, you don't wear them on a string, you wear them on a METAL chain, so they can't be ripped off as easily...

You seem to forget that if Cal was actually going to testify about what he said when he was interviewed by the P.I., that Joan DEFINITELY wouldn't have wanted him to testify...

@perpetualplatypu55y Exactly! Kit never talked with Cal, which means that the only other person who would've filled his head with fear, was Joan. She had the motive to do it for sure. She didn't want Cal to testify... plain and simple. There's more proof he DIDN'T actually do it, than there's proof he did. In fact, I think that Joan only wanted to kill Cal, but when the other neighbor showed up and the wife got home, they just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time, and Joan (or her boyfriend), couldn't leave any witnesses...

@Nurse2639 You seem to forget that the Defense came Cal... that's why Joan wanted him dead. She didn't want Cal to testify for the Defense. He had already been caught in numerous lies. Not to mention, the two people who found the dog tags, FAILED their polygraph as well... This guy is innocent!

@theflyingdutchman_01 You have to use evidence to properly convict somebody. THAT'S why I ask that question... Sorry you seem to have a problem with somebody asking for the evidence! What a "DUMB" question!!! 🙄
