10:52 Buddy, there was only around 2 inches MAX when it was being plowed (the heavy snow wasn't until AFTER J.O. was found in the AM), and only a dusting when everybody left. If KR actually hit JO when the CW claims, there would've been a large, dark, 2ft/6ft mass on a FULLY WHITE lawn, allegedly only 6ft from the curb, when EVERYBODY left. The fact that nobody heard it? Saw it (with multiple people saying they kept looking outside around the alleged incident time)? Higgens leaving first and given where he was parked didn't see it or even hear J.O. moaning in pain or anything??? COME ON!! The reasonable doubt with this case is insane!

20:30 Depetro, are you seriously acting like you care about women (especially the ones on the jury), when... aren't you the person who posted info about the Jurors on Twitter, and which ones had LinkdIn?? By the way, how would you even know their names and who to look up, unless you were given a list of the Jurors' names???

 @sunshine22723 ACTUALLY... it wasn't corrected at trial. It was "corrected" after she spoke to the FBI and people found out what she told them. Coincidental???? Doubtful!

9:40 Of course Court TV is going to bring in this guy, since he has such a hatred for both KR & TB. Talk about biased! Not only that, but there's "NEVER" been any proof that the phone call was ACTUALLY recorded! And keep in mind, TB's phone was taken after this "alleged recording," so I would bet money that if it was real, there be actual proof of a recording. But of course nobody wants to think rationally about EHHHVERYTHING having to do with this trial and all the inner workings with it. 🙄 Just because somebody is taking notes during an INTERVIEW and typing notes/responses to questions (that any GOOD journalist would already have written), doesn't mean they recorded it.

Actually... I'm sorry, but you don't understand it. The Defense KNEW what she said because of the FBI's investigation. The only reason the Defense even found out about her initial statement, was because AFTER the FBI's initial investigation, (which concluded that they believed KR didn't hit him and so they didn't pursue/push for charges themselves), the FBI released their findings in a huge document dump shortly before the first trial, which included her statement to them (THE FBI), along with a lot of other info and also all the initial ARCCA work that the FBI had hired them for. The FBI themselves "didn't find out that she wasn't working at that time." She went back to the FBI AFTER people found out that she'd spoken to them and what she'd said, and THEN went back to them and told them that it was a "false memory," because she was allegedly NOT working during that time (but of course no time clock info was ever given). And also during that time, the defense was lead to believe that there was NO saliport video available, also. I'm sure you don't think that's weird at all, especially, with such a detailed memory? You're brain just doesn't make up those 2 very specific people ALONE in the saliport with a black Lexus SUV, "for a wildly long time," when the case was such a big deal. I'm sure you also _don't think her initial crazy high pay raise, for somebody on the force for not even 3 years at that point, was normal as well?? I'm only telling you all this, because it's clear that you haven't been following this case since the beginning, and that you have gotten your info from other comments you've seen, versus from actual facts/documents, and if I were you, I would want somebody to tell me if I wasn't being accurate. Not only that, but this guy seems to also have forgotten that before TB even knew about this case or the plow driver, Lucky had spoken with the Defense's investigator less than a month after the whole incident on January 22nd, 2022 (i believe it was like 2 weeks after), and he had the EXACT SAME STORY FROM THE START! • NO BODY ANYTIME HE DROVE BY (starting after 230am- which was his start time at work) • ALWAYS stated he saw a FORD EDGE by the flagpole later in the night/early morning AFTER he went by originally and didn't see a body • And when he went to go by the last time he couldn't, because of emergency vehicles.

People should be asking themselves why the lead investigator DIDN'T speak to Lucky until OVER A YEAR LATER, which was AFTER he'd spoken to the P.I. (more than once), the FBI (at least once), and even TB?? Why was the LEAD investigator and main PD investigating this case the LAST one to talk with Lucky? Especially, if they were allegedly doing a thorough job???

@waterkingdavid Are you being facetious about Mr. Grundy's knowledge? I truly how you are given the actual history of Dr. Russell. If not... Do you know that Dr Russell has actually spent over 4 decades (since the 80's) either researching dog bites or directly working with them in one capacity or another? To include: working in the ER as a physician treating dog bites (along with auto accidents), also working with LE dogs and their bite patterns to the tune of at least 500 bites, if not 1,000 dog bites? Not to mention she was also a police officer for approx. 8 years and saw dog bites then, as well? She has an extensive history in researching/treating/studying dog bites, not just weekend help.

@waterkingdavid How was she "guided" in her "earlier" testimony, by the defense?? She only testified once (this trial). Not only that, but the defense hadn't even spoken to her until AFTER the FBI interviewed her, and SHE MADE THE infamous STATEMENT!! They only spoke to her ONE time, and that was AFTER she spoke to the FBI and made her statement. The Defense got her transcript AFTER the FBI finally released some of THEIR documents (and didn't think KR should be indicted as well).

@waterkingdavid I hope you will look into this case more than you have, because unfortunately, you have some very important facts incorrect about this case. I mean this kindly, just so you know. I know some comments can be interpreted incorrectly sometimes, so I just want you to know.

13:25 Here she says, "YOU'VE NEVER TALKED TO ME, NOBODY ON THE DEFENSE TEAM HAS TALKED TO ME SINCE PRIOR TO THE FIRST TRIAL..." But didn't she say later in her testimony that "HE" personally threatened to charge her with perjury??? Just caught that this time around. If she'd never spoken to him before, how did he threaten her with perjury??? Serious question... Guess maybe she created another "false memory"???
