  1. Hopefully he will be found innocent, and then they will go after her and the boyfriend at the time (not sure if they are still together). It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see what happened...

Everybody thinks that Cal was going to be a bad witness, but if somebody actually pays attention, they'll see that he was ACTUALLY an important witness for Mr. Martin, and that he was ACTUALLY helping Mr. Martin and hurting Joan... No wonder Joan wanted to kill him. I'm guessing that she was only planning to kill Cal, but when the neighbor showed up, they had to be taken out, along with Pam, because they couldn't leave any witnesses.
