Well... my little girl (9) just tested positive 3 weeks ago. She got it when she was visiting her father, who was fully vaccinated, along with his girlfriend. She had a fever for about 6 hours and felt pretty crummy for about 24 hours, but other than that... she wasn't nearly as sick as she was when she had the Influenza B virus (For some reason I never contracted it, and I'm not vaccinated for it yet, because my history of having a severe blood clot by my heart- tested 5 times myself). On the 10th day she was no longer symptomatic or testing positive. Her Father (53) still has some lingering chest issues. With the Influenza virus, she was sick with a cough for about 3 weeks (and she was vaccinated). Until there's more proof that this vaccine isn't going to have any future side effects, I'm still going to wait for myself and my daughter. Unlike other vaccines, I don't like how we DON'T have any studies on long term side effects. Most vaccines have been tested for much longer to check for long term efficacy and issues, before they go into humans. Not only that, but if people look... they will see that the animal studies (that are usually done prior to humans), were actually done alongside humans this time. Lastly, so people are aware, this isn't about being an anti-vaxxer. My child has personally had all her other childhood vaccines. They were spread out a bit more, because she was sensitive to the shots, but she's still had them. I find it very strange that they are pushing the vaccine on children now, right as they are trying to get the vaccine cleared for the little tinies (6mos to 5yrs). They did the same thing with every other age group, if you go back and watch the news during this periods of time.

@Mish844 Not sure why you're even responding, when it's clear you DIDN'T read my entire comment. I'm NOT an anti-vaxxer. I said that in my comment dum dum... Next, just because 4 billion people have gotten the vaccine, DOESN'T mean _"YOU ALREADY HAVE SUCH EVIDENCE." That's impossible!! All that shows, is that 4.35 billion people have gotten the vaccine. You seem to forget that we are only 2 years into this virus, NOT TWO YEARS INTO STUDYING THIS VACCINE! Lastly, it's IMPOSSIBLE to know what effects there could be, because there AREN'T any long term studies... For me personally, THAT'S the most important part of a vaccine. I want to know it works, and that is safe. Until that happens, I'm not going to give it to my child, or put it in my body...

Right? It's crazy how people haven't noticed that they've done this with EVERY age group, right when they're trying to get that group "cleared" to be able to get the shot.

@Mish844 PS- remember that this kind of vaccine is still in its "infancy," compared to traditional vaccines. Just keep following the sheep like a good little sheepy...

@TheHunterGracchus Very true... I'll take my chances for now. I'm honestly surprised I didn't get it when my daughter had it. I was laying next to her when she was the sickest, had a fever, and even drank out of the same water bottle before she tested positive 4 hours later. I do take NAC everyday (600mg), and upped it to 1200mg when she tested positive so who knows if that helped. There is information now that shows that they've been using NAC for the past year to help with Covid. I would recommend that if people haven't gotten it, that they get their hands on some, because of the studies (which are very transparent on Google and YouTube- which is pretty crazy considering that they tried to hide anything she that might help). Now they are even saying that they might pull NAC from shelves and switch it to prescription only. That's crazy! Hope you have a great night/morning wherever you are!

@stephaniesusanaccalia8666 Not trying to be rude, but I'm curious how that has anything to do with Covid, since the testing and studies for CV-19, didn't start until 2020. Yes, the virus came out in late 2019, I'm just trying to understand what you're saying. Are you talking about vaccines in general?

@stephaniesusanaccalia8666 Did you notice that in certain videos (but they are harder to find), when it comes to the vaccine for the little ones (6 months to 5 years), they are saying they need "more information" until they say it's okay? It makes me ask "why is it safe for everybody else, but not for them???" I mean they would obviously get a smaller dose, so it can't be that. And they are now saying that pregnant moms should get it and that it will protect their unborn baby. If it's not okay for 6 months old, how is it safe for unborn babies? Just a thought!

@stephaniesusanaccalia8666 Exactly! Even adults & children who've had issues with this vaccine aren't getting the help they deserve. Just take the young girl who was in trial and is now in a wheel chair with a feeding tube. That was so sad to see.
