If people watched the Debates (and even what this woman says), they would see that he asked for a group and BIDEN said Proud Boys, so then he said okay, "Proud Boys Stand Down, Stand By," meaning stop. If people can't understand that he doesn't personally know them, big whoop!!! Heck, Biden wouldn't and won't ever denounce Antifa, and they are much worse and much larger than the Proud Boys! The is so Ridiculous!
