@funnyman33321 Then you were lucky. With a Union, there are things that you AUTOMATICALLY get and don't have to either negotiate or worry about. Pay is better (even with Union dues), benefits are better (even with Union dues), and you have a team (your Union), that we fight for you if anything happens. A lot of people don't understand unions and have a lot of false information about them.

Search Dr. Epstein and the DOJ Google/Facebook/etc. You'll find that it's in fact the left that is/and has been doing exactly what you speak of. This was an owner OFFERING extra pay. Nobody had to go! Jesus Christ! Quit Bitching! This boss didn't force anybody to go. He didn't say "go or be fired!" He said, "Go and you'll make some extra money." These are UNION workers who likely won't be part of a Union if a DemonRat ever becomes president. Many Union Workers Enjoy Union BENEFITS... Not just for themselves but for their families. Insurance is phenomenal; premiums for the individual and family members, co-pays (both doctor visits and medications), and deductibles. My Sweetie is part of a Union (has been for almost 25 years), and he pays $200/month to have himself and his 3 adult children have a great policy. His co-pays for medications are like 11 cents, 30 cents, etc. People are quick to complain about dues, but what you get, far out ways the cost. All this boss did was offer to pay overtime for his employees too attend a speech. It's then up to those employees to decide if THEY WANT to vote for Trump. Just because they attend, doesn't mean they are automically choosing to vote for him. Your comment makes it sound like you think people don't have a mind of their own. That's really uneducated of yourself... But then again, so was the rest of your comment, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. 🙄

Mr420Spy Pretty sure they aren't being forced to do ANYTHING! How do you see them being forced??? They were offered to attend a speech and get paid overtime to do so. They weren't told "DO THIS OR BE FIRED!" Their boss didn't say, "BRING ME YOUR BALLET AND LET ME MAKE SURE YOUR VOTING FOR A SPECIFIC PERSON!"

@RahulMulinti A lot of people clearly don't understand Unions. Plus, ANYTHING they can try to do to bash Trump. But then again, when they are only watching the MSM, they aren't going to have the full truth. They will actually have mainly falsehoods. But whatever. They don't want to listen or learn. Why? You don't have to go? Nobody is making anybody go. He simply offered overtime to attend a speech. Nobody had to go. Nobody was going to be fired if they didn't go! The only attorney to take a case like this would do it to take the person's money and then run! 😂😂😂😂😂

@tommench4848 Uhmmmm.... How is it Coercion? He offered to pay to go to a speech... Go, or don't go! It's as simple as that. Just because somebody attends a speech doesn't mean they are going to automatically vote for Trump! But then again, it very well could, because if somebody is only being fed nothing but lies from the game media, it could very well be enough to make them change their mind. And there's nothing wrong with that!

Luis Pinedo They didn't make it mandatory. I know some people who actually work there. It was an offer to make some extra overtime. That was it. They didn't have to go. The plant was closed for the weekend.

@coldwynn It was a Saturday and people were allowed to do what they wanted. I know people who work at the plant. It wasn't as big a deal as you think. This is just cracking me up!

People who WANTED to go, would get paid overtime, people who didn't want to go, didn't have to. Plain and simple. Nobody was coerced, nobody was mobbed into going. As somebody who knows people at the plant, people had expressed interest in wanting to go, and so the boss decided to offer overtime. BIG DEAL! If you hate Trump, DON'T go! If you HATE Trump, but really to get paid overtime, GO! If you have nothing better to do today GO! If you had plans, DON'T GO! Simple as that. The Boss didn't care!

@cherchuhaikieu4328 This wasn't a rally. This company has speakers all the time. This just happened to be the president who was visiting "*THEIR PLACE OF WORK*" and giving a speach at the actual plant. Also, This wasn't just a day of him speaking, they had training that day as well.

@samharris3508 The majority of people who work for unions have extremely good pay and benefits (even with their Union dues). Every person I know who either in a Union or has worked in a Union would do it again in a heartbeat. Many people have false information about dues and think they end up with far less money because of them.

Getting paid to NOT work and go to an event for that many hours is totally worth it. They wouldn't get it if they were working, it was an extra offer. They didn't have to go, it was just an extra way to make some extra cash. Big freaking deal! Go!!! Or DON'T GO!!! MAKE SOME EXTRA CASH! OR DON'T MAKE SOME EXTRA CASH!

Anybody can cash in their PTO whenever they want to go on a paycheck, that's not the same as OT time idiot! They weren't forced to do anything... PLAIN AND SIMPLE. Mr420Spy I don't think it's a big deal, honestly. If I could get the day off and not have to work and just go to speech and get paid OT, I would do that all day long, no matter what the speech was. When I was in the car business I had to go to boring seminars all the time (AND NOT GET PAID). At the the of the day they can go, not work and get paid OT, or not go, not get paid, or not go, and if they want use their PTO. It's all their choice. Not a big deal. You're the one making it a big deal. I've spoken to employees and they were stoked to have the day off and get paid. Even my Democratic friends didn't care. So whatever! People have choices!

Mr420Spy Oh, and one last thing... You do understand that this wasn't the actual RALLY right? You understand that this was actually a visit from the president to the actual SITE PLANT? That this happens quite often with different speakers that come, and that people are given the option to show up (usually for training in the morning, and the speaker later). I get that this wasn't clarified very well by CNN, which is VERY common. This wasn't his big rally. It was a special speech given AT THE ACTUAL SITE, in one of it's buildings. Just an FYI!
