  21. I'm on WA state and even this year there were issues... I received 3 ballots this year. The first two, one was for me, one was for the prior owner (who hasn't even own my home since 2012- but I did call him). Then, I received a second ballot for myself about 10 days later. My Mother also received 2 ballots for herself, about 10 days apart. The same thing happened with the 5 friends I asked as well... Something was way off this year!
