If you have a dog that is so nasty like that, that only 2 people can go around it, something needs to be done to that dog. I'm sorry, I love animals and have personally head mutiple dogs, but this was just not okay. For the entire neighborhood to be in fear if/when this dog got out, there's a problem. You don't allow things like this to happen.

@donnapuentez4392 Sorry, but this dog had already gotten out many times before and terrified the neighborhood. This time, it killed a little old lady. I'm sorry if I don't feel bad for her. She and her son both knew that that dog was bad. They had numerous times to do something, and didn't.
