  1. If she were actually an evil person, I think she wouldn't have spoke to the police when they called her, which she did. If people haven't watched her other interview, they should (from like 2 weeks ago, it's like an hour and a half). As soon as she realized things, she spoke with the police immediately.

  2.  @lightbringer6633  Actually, when they called her and said that they wanted her to tell the police that she had JJ, she told them when they called her, which was very shortly afterwards, that she never had him. You need to go watch her other interview to understand it.

  5.  Rhea C  She didn't have the opportunity to save their lives. Do you know when Chad called her and told her to tell people that JJ was with her? Think about that, and the fact that from what we know now, that the children were dead at the end of September, beginning of October. Also, I'm fully capable of understanding somebody's words.   6.  @michigan1291  I completely agree. I just firmly believe that it's not right to blame or point fingers at somebody like Melanie, who didn't even live close to Lori. It wasn't as easy as people think, because she was in a totally different state at that time. She even spoke about how her "friendship" with Lori had changed and that she wasn't as close as she once was. I guess I just try to think about things both ways and also put myself in her shoes and think about things from her point of view as well. I don't think it's okay to say she's guilty of something. I think that's wrong. Can we learn things from this horrific situation? ABSO-FREAKING-LUTELY!!! I'm just not going to be like some and say she's a terrible person. It's obvious in her interview that she was going through some changes herself and trying to figure out fact from fiction. We can all look at it and go, "WELL DUH!!! THAT WAS ALL FICTION," but unfortunately some people want to believe that people are good and especially that their "friends," are ESPECIALLY good people. It can take some real soul searching and talking with others, which she talks about doing, in order to finally realize that you were screwed over, lied to, used, and all those terrible things. People are entitled to their own opinions on this, I'm just personally not going to say she's some horrific demon person, like LORI & CHAD (and very likely Alex), are.
