  3. ​ @Rhythmandosyche  You're so correct when you talk about the Trevor Summers trial. Because it's our "Right" to be able to represent ourselves, that's how/why this happens. I wish it wasn't possible though. after I left my abusive ex (Dec 10, 2014) and obtained a DVPO (which I still have now), I ended up having to go to trial against him and he chose to represent himself. Being crossed on the stand by your abuser is truly horrible.
