@LikelyLeikin It's just Ridiculous if you think about it... Smacking, slapping, etc. It's all a form of hitting. Whether you're actually using your fist or your palm, you're still "hitting" the other person with a part of your body.

@marshahector594 Exactly! But there were things that they did and said that showed they weren't very good at defending major criminals. That's nothing against them, this isn't something that you normally see. This was a horrendous crime, and unfortunately for them, they could only afford public defenders...

@tanyamartin1183 I totally know what you mean. I even remember the day I was going to bring my daughter home from the hospital, she was just 2 days old, and I was terrified I was going to break her, just getting her dressed.
