  1. This defense attorney is really Dick. And before people say that, of they have to be like that, it try are all like that, or whatever "excuse," let me just say this, I've unfortunately had to be involved in the court system since 2011 (due to domestic violence), and this defense attorney is really just a Dick. He truly Badgers the witnesses. Whenever he asks something and doesn't get the answer he wants, he gets more and more ticked off. I've now watched this with the EMT, the Radiologist and now the Opthalmologist. What a true disgrace to the MEDICAL professionals, and even the legal professionals who practice law with respect!
