  1. According to what I've learned, it's actually cheaper to keep somebody in jail forever, versus executing them, because of all the appeals they will do, and all the costs that are aquired. It's Ridiculous! When it's proven without a doubt that somebody murdered someone, they should get the death penally. This punk killed many people and they never had a choice!
