  2.  Sound of Jesus  I'm sure she will. With the breakdown of the jury the way it is, I don't see how else it would go. 5 African Americans 4 Hispanics 2 Caucasians 1 Asian Pretty clear! Plus, I can tell you even if it were all CAUCASIANS, I still think she'd get guilty!

  3.  Sound of Jesus  She should've had legit blood on her hands from holding him on her arms. If I had ever done something like that by accident, I would've done everything in my power to both help that person and comfort them. She didn't do anything but say a couple words to him and the rest about losing her job. You know, at first I really wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Not because she was an officer, and not because she was a female , but because she was human... And I just like to think that people deserve to be thought of as humans and with "hearts." But... The more I learn about her, the more I see somebody who should've have had a badge. I hate to say it. It honestly makes me sad, because my Sweetie has been in L.E. for almost 25 years, but some people just aren't cut out to do the job. Secondly, her moral compass needed some adjusting. Sleeping with married men isn't cool. I think most women would agree that it's sluts like her, that make is women worry... Oh well, there's a special special for people like her. We just all need to remember that, one act of Violence/negativity/hurt, doesn't= more. Just because she was a bad 🍎, doesn't mean that all L.E.O.'s are bad 🍎's.

  4.  @63IRISH63  I think that what you have to remember is that he's talking about two different things... Policing and what she thought was a possible "home invasion." After watching the whole case this far, and having a spouse in law enforcement (who's has been in for almost 25 years), I feel that she likely did think she was in her own home. But... Even with that being said, she should've backed out of "her home" (she wasn't in that far) and called 911. I don't feel that she was justified in shooting. It wasn't like she was in her bathroom or further in what she thought was her apartment, and incapable of getting out safely. I'm positive she'll be convicted.

  6. This is actually a natural reaction for someone who is under stress. It doesn't mean he's lying. If he was hesitating, fumbling with his words, making certain gestures to lead somebody to believe he was thinking the opposite, that would make sense, but he's not.

  7. Well, there was already another neighbor who actually testified that she'd ended up on the wrong floor as well. This was a very VERY unfortunate situation. It's very ironic that the apartment has now added signage for floors. From what I understand there was something similar to this that also happened in this building. So very sad. 😢
