Many people settle when they aren't guilty, because they just don't want to waste money going to trial... and the crappy thing is that people like Rocky (sue happy people), know this and they are happy with getting ANYTHING. Anything under 100k isn't much for JD, but it's a lot for Rocky or anybody else for that matter. It's a shame people will do this!
