  1. Because "YOUR" client is LYING .... Defense Lady. Heck, your client is lucky he hasn't been convicted of murder in the past... There was a BIG reason he was originally asked to "help," to begin with. I don't know if this witness said this in this hearing or not, but in Mr. Siever's case, he discussed having asked this Defendant, because "of his past." Not too mention, if he hadn't already done some REALLY awful things, how would he know to wear hazmat like suits, duct tape, etc? This guy got life in prison, because he committed a crime and lied, instead of being honest and trying to get a plea deal. He's lucky he didn't get DEATH like Mr. Siever's did.
