  2. The Defense tries to make it sound like maybe the fire department bruised her to or scraped her, but unfortunately AFTER you die, you STOP bleeding and circulating blood, so... Saying that she got bruised or cut (to produce a bloody area), isn't actually possible. The only thing that can happen with time, is settling of the body's blood, however the body is laying. For example, if they are lying on their back, it will pool towards their back, buttocks, calves, heels, etc. If they are in their side, same thing, and so forth. You'd have thought that this Defendant Doctor would've thought about that!
