This could make fossil fuels and ICE vehicles essentially obsolete by 2030. At the least, the government should end subsidies to fossil fuels industries, dangerous nuclear power, meat and dairy, and internal combustion vehicles industries. Also tariffs on solar panels and EV vehicles should be eliminated.
