  1. Legacy auto makers have had 30+ years to prepare for this. Instead, they have lied, shut down EV and other efficient vehicles. Remember the movie, “Who Killed the Electric Car?” They pushed gas guzzlers, bypassed CAFE standards, and ripped off the American public. They mismanaged the industry and required multiple bailouts. No more delays. No more free passes.
