  1. Nuclear power is not low carbon. Mining, processing fuel, building the reactor, storing and disposing of waste, and disposal of the plant at the end of life all make it a climate chaos cause. See Helen Caldicott’s book, Nuclear Power Is Not The Answer. Further, nuclear plants are being used beyond their design life. More catastrophes are likely and the toxicity of waste is a health threat. Uninsurable. Uneconomical. Inefficient. Dangerous. Toxic. Insane.
