Violence and suppression of dissent. Formenting division, hate, racism, scapegoating, inequality, lawlessness, crime and grift. The New Jim Crow, in the words of the great writer and thinker, Michelle Alexander. Terrorizing people of color, dissentors, and people in general based on ideological and paranoiac beliefs.
