  1. I worked with several northerners back in 62 - one was my boss - and they liked to kid me it seems I had a sign about me saying '' HILLBILLY " . My Boss was from Massachusetts and he was really shocked that I could spell it . His favorite subject was all the moonshine stills he had heard so much amount . He asked me were there really that many ? I told him that's the truth ! It was so bad in one section when you drove thru that area if you didn't roll up your car windows real tight , you would get drunk just from the fumes from all those stills ! They all got a good laugh at that !
