  1. One thing I think the Crown should be credited for is embracing the deep conversations about religion and how important it was to certain members in the royal family. For decades too many movies or tv shows glaze over these important conversations but they highlight the character and beliefs these people had that helps us connect to them. The unique position of the monarch of the UK is not just the head of state but also the church too, it's appreciating that the show didn't ignore that important fact and knew how to put it in the story without being condescending.
