Sadly had a teacher try to shove down Howard Zinn’s book in our community college (university) history class, probably one of the worst history classes I ever took. Ironically that teacher was the most radical teacher I experienced in that school, everyone else was more balanced. Remembered how puzzled I was to barely pass the class when most of my life I always got A’s, never got to a point where it was a B, so I knew then how she was trying to brainwash any student she could.
