  1. I majored in animation hoping to be a part of the industry to tell motivating stories, like how art is supposed to be. But then Trump managed to beat the Democrats in 2016 and the fact they were mortified hearing that the rest of the country didn’t want the same candidate they insisted we have, exposed just how disconnected and compromised the entertainment industry has become. I tried to warn anyone that the woke ruined Hollywood and to not expect actual good movies for a while, a lot of people didn’t believe me at first, yet since 2020, I can’t think of ANY conversation being brought up with a new movie being released. Ironically the only movie I did want to watch recently, Regan with Dennis Quad, I couldn’t afford it. Anyways, came to the realization that the Democrats killed Hollywood, tried to hijack our country’s culture to weaponize it against us, that I didn’t want to be a part of any of this. It’s honestly made me so depressed, I haven’t had a fraction of the passion to create art since. The nerve someone told me was it was a burn out problem, and I kept insisting it wasn’t, it was a motivation factor. The woke culture killed the spirit of art.

  2. @ The issue that I have is politics tainted this industry, while there are some good alternatives studios, unfortunately it’s been put in a spot to parallel the woke ideology with politics still calling the shots. I may consider myself as a conservative, but the point of going into this industry is to have no one care or know what political affiliations are involved, the point is to just watch and appreciate a story. And it’s frustrating cause before 2016, the biggest mistakes the conservatives ever did was never to encourage a path of creative endeavors, down to laughing at the notion of making a living with it. By doing that, they delivered our influence of culture on a silver platter to the left to just take advantage of abusing the influence of media. Plus it’s a mess getting involved in these projects, that it’s become expensive to have a team to create these films. The logistics is now a nightmare, it’s hard to know if it’s worth going into this field at this point.

  4. Adam Carolla is genuinely what the REAL Californians are like. He’s accurate how so much of our crap is actually from various parts of the country or the world who implements what they thought Californians are like. Our state got hijacked.
