That is the definition of abuse of power, he was not teaching her or her classmates a lesson, it’s not illegal for a voluntary attendant to fall asleep in court, but this was his wound pride reacting not thinking of the consequences that this will just make those students either fear the court and feel like it is not a safe place for them or likely could convince them no matter what they do is wrong in the eyes of the law and it will escalate them into anarchy. Stupid dumb incompetent man. Forget suing him, he should take a leaf of his version of justice and be in jail to see how it feels himself and learn a lesson that he too is not above the law.
