  2. I am not a fan of Jussie, I think he is a disgusting snake. His hoax really proved the “right’s” point that racism was not in the supply of the demand of a certain ideology, that said, can’t believe I am going to say this, his defense has a point that this goes against the 5th. Now before people come after me, please consider this, if such a notion that a fake court could be used to prosecute a person again, whose to say this won’t be used again in other cases. I never liked how Smollett was off the hook, but in his defense team’s eyes this was through the court. Smollett’s sentence was too light, but I don’t want future situations to be able to take advantage of this supposed fake court idea. I think that is something we need to make sure there is never any open way for a future case to go down the same avenue at the detriment of someone’s civil liberties, criminal and the innocent.
